Testing Laboratory

We attach great importance to quality assurance. This begins with the incoming goods and ends with the shipping of the products. During the production process there are intermediate controls for a consistent quality. Part of this quality assurance chain is our own testing laboratory, in which materials and gaskets are closely examined.

In the technology center, the gaskets are tested according to current methods and in compliance with existing regulations. This comprehensive test is always based on certain gasket characteristics. Among other things, we test the long-term, sealing and deformation properties. We also determine the elastic recovery or the real elasto-plastic behavior of the gaskets. Mechanical and electronic measuring procedures, for example with metal gaskets, not only check the inner and outer diameters, but also form, position and surface tolerances.
